For someone who has such a distinguished career,, Abby acts unintelligent in her relationship with Monica. She wants to have a child via Monica as her surrogate. She absolutely trusts Monica. The character, Abby, acts like she has no common sense. She ignores red flags because she is so desperate for a child. I want to slap her. Poor Sam gets suckered in by her tears and desperation.
