I think it is picking up for me! Not sure how I feel about the romantic subplot with Lin... I am very curious how her storyline ends, since technically she is not a real human and her mere existance is currently killing people. Can she change her own shards when they "run empty"?

This series is kind of weird for me. I really like it, but it is very slow going. I feel like I cannot really connect with the characters? Apart from Jovis and Mephi. However the world and story is very interesting to me. Hopefully I'm in the mood for this again soon
