talked to my therapist about this book and we concurred that there's not enough diversity in the hypotheticals. both in the technical sense of diversity (i spotted one LGBTQ couple so far) and the writing sense. Not all anxious people are gonna act like that !! Not all avoidants never want emotional intimacy!!
