At the halfway point in this book I'm hooked. I read a lot of true crime books and this one so far is one of the better. It's told by Gacy's lawyer and he speaks frankly and often humorously about his client. This is not to say that there is anything humorous about this case or this man. It's just that some of Gacy's actions are so bizarre that they are funny in a head shaking kind of manner.
