Ego is the unobserved mind that runs your life when you are not present as the witnessing consciousness, the watcher.

Currently Learning how to detach from the mind and join the state of just being, letting things be is quite challenging when your ego conditioned a way of thinking in autopilot. Reminding myself nothing is personal it just is. It's like the ego keeps you comfortable with over thinking simple things
