Oof, another heart-rending chapter. Sometimes we change ourselves semi-consciously for the worst, evading the portion of the frontal lobe that evaluates secondary & unintended consequences while still enlisting parts of it into helping us shape our actions long-term.

Ooh, faction arc is starting. Also, the bunny man is pretty comedically creepy

Wyvern is an insane cognitive drug. Sy can use it to summon up hallucinations of his friends to fill in for his gaps, which is such a crazy ability. And very well-written too!

Counting Sheep 9.5 - Wrecked me. Wildbow manages to make these characters and their shared histories so real, gets you to wrap your heart around them, and sends a destabilizing thrum through your heart strings, one that hurts but that you don't hate to feel.
