i'm not gonna lie, learning about the meridians got me sooo sleepy. i'm still a bit confused but i feel like i learnt something. loved learning about the 5 elements!

woooo!! physical section finished. i admit the scientific lingo took extra time to wrap my head around, but im glad i made it through because 1. i learnt several new things and 2. im finally onto my most anticipated section of the book!!!

super stoked to learn more about meridians, chi, prana, etc.!

fascia... i honestly was confused about this to start with, and getting to this section i was worried i would completely switch off with all the science

it was actually quite engaging! i feel like i've definitely learnt something new today 😌

flew through that chapter! learnt some insightful things about how to exercise different areas of the body through injury

going to start writing comments about my books to think more deeply about what i'm reading!
