When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. When you speak out, you are in your power. So change the situation by taking action or speaking out if necessary or possible; leave the situation or accept it.

We should give ourselves permission to have whatever feelings come up, rather than judge them as bad or say that we shouldn't have them.
It's okay to feel resentful; it's okay to be angry, irritated, moody, or whatever otherwise, we get into repression, inner conflict, or denial.
Everything is okay as it is. ACCEPT IT.

Root of suffering is to be formed in our constant wanting and craving.

"How" is always important than "what". So do not be concerned with the fruit of action just give attention to action itself. The fruit will come of its own accord. KARMA YOGA

Unease, anxiety, tension, stress , worry all forms of fear are caused by too much future, and not enough presence.
Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of non forgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence.

The eternal present is the space within which our whole life unfolds, the one factor that remains constant. LIFE IS NOW. There was never a time when our life was not now. The NOW is the only point that can take us beyond the limited confines of the mind. ✨

Death is stripping away of all that is not you. The secret of life is to "die before you die" and find that there is no death.

Everything is shown up by being exposed to the light, and whatever is exposed to light itself becomes light.

Even when the sky is heavily overcast, the sun hasn't disappeared. It's still there on the other side of the clouds.

Ego:
Echart defines it as a false self, created by unconscious identification with mind. To the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only past and future are considered important. It is always concerned with keeping past alive, because without it who are you? It constantly projects itself into future to ensure its continued survival and to seek some kind of release or fulfillment there.
