I'm in chapter 3 with just under 4 hours to go. I don't know if I'm going to make it. This author needed an editor. It's boring. If someone is new to slowing down and being mindful, perhaps it's inspiring. However, I've been on the "be mindful, be intentional" train for most of my adult life, and this book is boring.

After dipping in and out of this book for five years, I've learned that what works best for me in these kinds of books is to look at the table of contents and then go to the chapter that speaks to me. For now, I'm in the decluttering chapter. Currently reading on Kindle. I did try listening to this on Audible, and that was a snooze. I also have the hardback version, which is lovely.
