Now listen, this book has the problem a lot of free books has, the dialogue is not realistic. These people are having monologues, spitting lore, they are saying things in a weird way. "Did you happen to notice that I took care of myself just fine? I'm not some damsel in distress you need to rescue." A high school dude is not saying that. I get what he is saying but he wouldnt say it like that dude.
