Sooooooooo slow. But good? Writing is fine. Characters interesting. I don’t understand the high rating…this is less a romance and more an incredibly long slow burn and kind-of finding your way further away before you find your way back. I thought this was erotic? I was way off. Just a lot of very distant pining and a lot of horrible being trapped by awful, abusive men. Way les actos of love and/or romance. Meh
