In chapters 33 and 34 we have taken a step away from Dantes and followed Franz while on his trip to Rome
It has been the most excruciatingly boring 2 and a half chapters (which were hour long chapters EACH) and it’s turning me off from reading the whole book
I want to go back to Dantes.

This book reads very much like a play, with a narrator of sorts literally setting up scenes and giving us a peek into the minds of the characters as well as their places “on stage”
The intro was a bit hard to understand because of all the boat terminology but after chapter 1 it became much easier to understand and really grabbed my attention
