I wish I had started reading this novel a few days ago, but my reading has been a bit off since the recent elections in the United States of America. This is a bleak time in our country, and I'm trying to find a distraction from such dire news. This book has stared off really well...and I cannot wait to read more this evening.

Really enjoying the story, and learning the specific interior lives of these Norse gods, and how they intrigue and scheme, even when they know that Ragnorok is drawing near. So good.
