hovering between 3-4 because this is actually very true advice. i would love it if this turned into more sapiens type, evolutionary biology, anthropologic discourse on why men are wired to be chaser/hunter and how its evolved to modern day relationships but alas. its a dating book

your value is how you perceive yourself. water your own grass, pour into yourself, don't be too available. dont chase because ur man should be obssesed with u. be ok it doesnt work out, because men likes somebody they feel that they dont have 100% hold over. he will test the waters, playing hot and cold to gauge how you will react. stand your ground!

the recipes really threw me off, like girl what. also, i feel like these principles or advices need to be restructured, because its the same point expressed in like different ways. probably down to 3.
