Knowing how vocally and aggressively white women tried to keep black women out of the feminist movement makes me even more annoyed that folks still prop up Susan B. Anthony as a hero. This has really helped me recontextualize things like white women getting the right to vote and immediately ushering in Jim Crow??? Yikes.
