Knowing how vocally and aggressively white women tried to keep black women out of the feminist movement makes me even more annoyed that folks still prop up Susan B. Anthony as a hero. This has really helped me recontextualize things like white women getting the right to vote and immediately ushering in Jim Crow??? Yikes.

Junji Ito really believes in collective horror. Why can't it just be one household or something? And the Billions Alone story featured a lot of corpses in a similar presentation style as in Hannibal, so I'm seeing the inspiration. I'm thoroughly uncomfortable and invested!
