Phenomenal of course. Long Halloween really is one of the best Batman comics. I love the trio of Batman, Jim Gordon, and Harvey Dent; they represent three methods to achieving justice. Batman is outside the law and seeks preserves life at all costs, Gordon is by-the-book and willing to bend but not break the law, and Dent is self-righteous and will do whatever it takes to find justice, even weaponizing the law.
