I might DNF this book here at 80%. I’m so mad that after all the characters have been through that a miscommunication trope is dragging out what the author should be able to wrap up in what remains. It’s just dumb and frustrating. I know this is a duology and it just feels like unnecessary stretching out of a story. It is completely ridiculous of [redacted] to suddenly trust [redacted].

Ugh Spotify glitches out and now it won’t let me listen to any more for 5 days. This book is already too damn long. It’s good but ffs 13 hrs is too damn long. PLUS it is book 1 in a duology? It better not end on a cliffhanger or so help me god.
