pushing, coaxing, exploring, losing, forgetting. You can tell from these words that Macon is trying to force Halley to do something shes not ready for. Men have this sense of power and persuasion, and she had almost forgotten her morals to appease him. I think changing the words and choosing different adjectives could've changed the entire narrative and we wouldn't have seen inside Halleys mind.

I just found out Scarlett is pregnant and the father is the boy that died. She is keeping the child, which in a way I almost understand. Michael, the father, obviously passed away and she wants to keep a part of him and knows he wouldn't want her to abort the child
