I was having low hopes on this book as the previous HBR books I have read has not been fantastic. However it made me realize the difference between grit and resilience and there where a couple of stories that hooked me: like the one from a woman in the army starting in the 90s, a black ancestry woman starting ballet at 13 hrs old and one of a hospital that wanted to excel putting patients first.
