A nurse, a paramedic, a fireman and two brothers. So I think the two brothers crashed their car into someone’s? Andreas? And the fireman, paramedic and nurse tried to save her, but couldn’t. So he’s targeted them. Or they saved the life of someone he wanted dead. His mother? He hates them for either killing someone of saving someone, in his eyes anyway.
