I am gonna stop here today, but it's just because this first part was geographical more than historical, and I despise geography.
Also there was a part about how Egyptologists didn't believe Egypt had a time before recorded history like most other civilizations, and the journey it took many archeologists to eventually prove that there was a time before recorded history, before Egypt was an organized country.

There is 4 pages plus the references pages to finish this part of the book about Ancient Egypt's pre-dynastic era.
But my neck is getting a little strained, so I'll read on the phone or kindle now to change position.
I drank coffee so, I'll spam you with updates or reviews everytime I switch to a different book 😂
Next part in this book is about the hieroglyphic language, it will be a nice change of pace.

Looks like Egypt rules today's reads, but these books are physical and my hands are so cold now.
Time to hide under the blanket and read comics until I warm up 😂
I'll try to read both books, but my main focus is the smaller book for sure.
Both are non fiction which is an extremely rare occurrence in my reads.

I think very soon I am gonna forsaks reading physical books, it's just way too cold, now my hand is also frozen.
It's so much fun to watch the pictures of the ancient Egyptian pottery and trying to figure out what the fuck is drawn on them.
I the I saw a cat and a dog very close to the humans, and a couple of cows, and boats with thrones on them.
There was humans too but fuck them, cats and dogs rule.

End of stone age, really sporadic information overall, they are basing their findings on literary a few found villages at the end there, and the older instances on as much few locations.
Mineral age will be way more interesting, it has art and everything, but the writer will follow it with paragraphs on language, how the name egypt came to be, and name of Pharoah and so on
So it will be a while before written history

Been reading this since I woke up, finished all thr ancient stone age eras, and then the middle stone age which was just 2 pages since they aren't even entirely sure it existed.
Next is the final stone age, then it's the age when humans used minerals.
Also important note, this book is basically what they knew and what they discovered around the middle of the 20th century, so there could be newer researchs.

There was just 3 pages left to finish the oldest stone age part, but my neck was feeling strained already and I choose a break for less pain.

I actually just read 28 pages of this book about ancient Egypt history, but they weren't even numbered, instead they had letters, but this is gonna be an amazing journey if I manage to fight the cold each day and read this book since I own a physical copy.
Also this book is part of a huge series of 18 parts spanning 12000 pages about ancient Egypt history, I hope I can read back to back and don't get lazy.
