Oh boy... SPOILERS AHEAD
I feel like the author has a very weird obsession with "first loves" and it's incredibly strange. I also hate how much the author summarizes conversations between characters instead of just writing them. Feel lazy, and it us especially prominent in the early chapters.

YES! I read the first like 40 pages last night and was skimming so many of the descriptive paragraphs, like Pamela, come one
