Oh how I cried when he met his mother again! God is so good!
This last chapter spoke of how God is good whether He saves our life or takes us home. Nothing can "separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:35-39

When I met Mr. Man I felt I already knew him. I seriously thought I did a year before. God has given me a heart for Cambodia and its people. I don't know what he wants me to do but I do know that He wants me to learn something. Trusting in Him & His plan. Meeting Mr. Mam has helped me realize that God is tugging on my heartstrings and is setting things into place.

Oh how my heartaches as we read this book. Barnabas Mam is one of the strongest people I think I have ever met personally. To endure such hardships & evil is beyond my comprehension, and not just live through it but come out sane and praising God is amazing!

My husband & I are reading this book together & oh does it make my heart hurt what Mr. Mam & his people went through. Evil against my friends.

We heard him speak last month & feel I already met & know him but it was the first time ever meeting & hearing him speak. So moved by his story!
