So far there's a lot of talking and planning. I've seen some reviews mentioning unhappiness with the therapy speak and the construct around how characters are pushed towards growth. In some ways I see this book as a reflection of where we're at in society now. We may not be fighting fused or an 'evil' shard god, but the world is pretty filled with trauma. People could use some therapy.
