This will be more interesting to social psychologists than the lay-person. It maps out Steele's life-long career of experiments with stereotypes, it gives good definitions, is critical of the next steps to take and the questions that arose after the last project that he did. What I like is how he brings the stories of real people and their experiences in thus bringing the concepts into a better perspective.
