Idk the exact page but im getting mighty annoyed at the narration this book is using. Especially with their grand tone. I know its an old man who truly believes that he and his country are great and all but it's a tiresome narrative to read through when its all too common. Some of the narration works fine for parallels but so far 80% feels unnecessary as the story literally implies the sentiments via the art.

Plus, not a fan of the sovereign character/concept. You dont need a shady third party to tell is the US government is corrupt and patriarchal, it already is that, they'd be doing exactly what they're doing without that character. It feels like an easy cop out so american readers wont be offended that their country is portrayed too on the nose for their comfort.
