Hurtling towards a 2.5 star rating if I don't DNF. Maybe if I were new to the genre this would hit harder, but so far the twists (which have not been revealed yet) are just so choreographed.

I do love that the fairies in this are actual like, old school style fae that can be cruel, unnerving, and violent. That said, the two MMCs are so clearly influenced by ACOTAR and the (what I assume will be) cliffhanger ~twist is patently obvious. Will I still finish it? ABSOLUTELY.
