Why do I like this series? Violet is so emotionally immature. “You’re keeping secrets” as she lies to
everyone else. “You don’t trust me” as she is on deck to be tortured by people who know she has knowledge she shouldn’t. I love everything about this series but Violet. She is the worst.

I hate when authors regress their characters for the sake of Book 2. Violet came so far in Fourth Wing and now she is back to being immature and unreasonable. Where is that confidence and intelligence we are constantly told about? 🙄
