We also finally got some intimate alone time between Coal and Hex. While I didn't have any expectations regarding potential spicy scenes, I definitely enjoy how Raasch writes them. Not too explicit and quite tasteful. It leaves a lot up to the readers imagination.

Okay first of all, Santa is a human piece of trash! So we're in the habit of making prisoners now? GREAT! 😑
I hope he gets his comeuppance soon!! 😠

Second of all, that KISS! So romantic and sweet and everything I wanted for both Coal and Hex! And in a library as well!!? 😍

I love Iris! Her trying to play matchmaker for Coal is hilarious! 🤣

Coal and Hex officially meeting for the first time is a weird mix of funny, cute, nerdy and sexy.
Also, I totally get the visual comparison of Hex with "pirate/vampire/Loki". 😂

Never thought I'd say this, it I really dislike Santa. And it's barely been chapter 1.
