I genuinely haven’t read enough sapphic literature for sure but this romance is corny in a way that I don’t buy. They just vomit incredibly intimate compliments at each other idk. The dialogue isn’t good. I still don’t like the writing that much :/

After the mc acclimated to her new life the story really picks up! I don’t buy the romance - maybe I need to see Marigold and Lottie spend more time together and get more one on one - especially since they’re enemies to lovers. Obvious fated
magically cursed blood enemies. Also Marigold not acknowledging how Lottie is obvi a witch?? why is she ignoring that it makes zero sense :/
