Honestly thus far I'm really impressed not just with the story, but the writing is very well paced and the character developments are done in a thoughtful way. Clearly, the author spent a lot of time really flushing everything out, I can feel the intention behind everything written. Normally the second book in a series suffers, but as of 200 pages in, I can't put this book down!

Holy s*it that's all I have to say. Last night I couldn't put this book down until two in the morning and only because I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore and the same goes for tonight. It's 1 am and damn like I've only just made it through part one and you're telling me there are still over 300 pages left! Brb I have to go pre order the next book.
