Anyways, I was in between books because it's January and that means I'm usually in a weird reading mood and nothing is sticking but the librarian at my job who I've talked to in length about Sanderson recommended this to me when he came back from his break and he said he really liked it and I fear I trust that man with my life lol

Yeah okay, I get the hype and I get where the librarian (the person I got this rec from) was coming from when he said I might enjoy it. Shout out William lol. I just really love these kind of books that have a slightly textbook-y feel because of the footnotes and just the stories are fantastic and I just LOVE the narrator voice, it's like this perfect level of dry humour and it's absolutely fantastic
