I this as an audiobook but there is so much going on and I am very visual and kinesthetic learner so I have since switched to the Kindle format. I think that will help. SPOILER: I like that she has 2 gods whispering to her. That makes her more interesting especially since she is pretending that no gods whisper to her. I like the idea that gods syphon energy through them as a conduit rather than born with powers.

I like this book and the ideas in it. However, I am listening to it and I think I struggle to really get into books like this in audiobook format. Perhaps I should borrow this book from the library to try it again.
