Meh. Very strong start, but half way through it drops. It’s written in 3rd omniscient, which is fine, but it’s not consistent. It’ll change to 3rd-limited on a dime and jump perspectives within paragraphs. The first “fight” scene spends half the reading time talking about two characters who were never introduced and remembering past fights and facts about them.

It’s just messy and needed a re-edit.
