Loving this book and all the tips and tricks for keeping a great starter. Every recipe I have made has been 10/10! The banana bread recipe from this cookbook is the ONLY one I will use going forward.

The start of a new year resolution for me, learning to make proper sourdough! I plan to work through recipes in this book, and develop my love for baking.
