I was very sceptical of the overall ambition to bring order to chaos and explain the world is a few simple laws. But I see their value - e.g. how the "Law of the Few" can help share public policy.

The issue is that Gladwell really fails to weave a cohesive thread throughout the book, making his individual chapters seem like unrelated anecdotes, thereby diminishing the power of his argument.
