As someone who loves true crime it’s interesting to see how hostage negotiation can be applied to real life situations. From negotiating a salary, disagreement with a colleague, friend or family or buying something from a market, there are so many different approaches that can be taken to get what you want out of it without having to compromise.
I think I’m going to like this book :)

Chapter 6 is a must read for anyone looking to go into a play review/negotiation! There are different parts to consider within a negotiation and ways to turn it around to get you the best outcome.
I’ll definitely be re-reading this chapter in March when I have my review!
