The feast part where everyone is meeting reminds me of the beginning of the neverending story where those different creatures met in the forest on the way to see the empress in a very good way. Also as person who hasn’t read the hobbit (and didn’t like the movies so didn’twatch then all) I didn’t realize who gimli’s dad really was fr lmaoo
