I much prefer the pacing in this book to the previous, and that there is a lot of action taking place instead of dwelling on tired brooding and melodramatic relationships. Feyre has also dramatically improved as a character, owed in large part to her ability to think before she acts (and there being meaningful conflicts for her to act upon).
