Such a sweet story of Lola and Jackson who met as kids. His family is RICH and bought the beach property next to her family's tiny place. As a child she couldn't believe they bought her beach. She is 10yr old and Jackson is 12 yrs old, they meet while she is collecting shells and they become friends for a few summers. He is summer person not a local.

Jackson who is abused by his mother or father is noticed by Lola's mom and she threatens to call child protective service. After this everything changes he becomes a real awful, entitled prick and Lola who thought he was her friend now hates him.
