We’re not just looking for faithfulness, but effective faithfulness! Even those faithful in their generosity need to be challenged and encouraged into taking their next step

My job is to lead our people in unleashing the blessings God has given them as we disciple them!. We do this by learning our people, knowing our people, and becoming powerful story-tellers.

I get to be the chief generosity officer. Love that! Forget being afraid to talk about finances with our church to inspire generosity. If the Bible wasn’t silent on this, we shouldn’t either.

Too good so far! Got me fired up to keep sharing stories of lives being changed, keep being corporately generous, normalize the connection between our discipleship of Jesus and generosity, and to also make minor tweaks along the way!

Systems make it so things keep moving forward when the unexpected happens. Generosity is a critical part of our discipleship journey and needs to be infused in the teaching and development of everybody, from the littles to the bigs 😊 Affirms our ideas for this year which HYPES me up

We want to lead people in becoming financially healthy so that we can all actively participate in God’s work in the Kingdom and experience the JOY that results from doing just that.
