Finished the book. It was lowkey better this time. Rose I will be getting you The Book of Brennan (Alex’s Version) soon. I’m still a little confused at the ending but that might be the point. All I know is that I want the next book like ASAP.

This last isle was boring af. At least the one before had some action. Instead we had a lame ass death scene. I feel for cat tho, she was finally getting the happiness he deserved.

I’m loving learning more about the Isle Kingdoms and how there is no magic there. I was also hopeful for Xaden. But alas he still lost control. And he’s running out of time. I also NEED to know what’s going on with Segayl. How has she been affected

We are definitely having some growing pains this book. But I think it’s bc we’re missing some things. Other than that so far so good. but there honestly hasn’t been much else then that
