Reading this for the fourth time, I think, with the difference that’s the first one I read it in English. There are some distinct phrases and some disappointing parts (I guess the Portuguese version has way more passion), but, it’s been interesting to imagine how other people might interpret this classic, without the context of its language. Let’s keep going.

And the terrible, vicious, quite unbearable and intensely insane love that got them back after two or three waltzes is about to change it all. Oh, I love this book! Yet, reading it in English brings, somehow, a little bit of “poshiness” to its content? Let’s keep going…
