Nearly done! Finishing up a few chapters on agile then I’ll reflect on what I learned. Class is over and was a great investment. I learned and reinforced a lot of good project management fundamentals.

Halfway through my UC Berkeley Extension PM course and halfway through this book. Both have been fantastic for reinforcing PM fundamentals. Much of the content are things I’ve intuited from my experience leading concrete canoe or wastewater engineering tasks, but some of the content has encouraged me to establish more documentation and stakeholder engagement. Me gusta!
