I like this book but it is awfully slow. I loved the movie and that is what inspired me to read this however they are almost opposites. I think some minor differences made a major impact. For example Nessarose is armless instead of paralyzed. Or Elaphaba is less of a reject in the novel. It’s hard to read a separate story from the movie and enjoy it considering how good the movie was.

Hi Henry! It can’t be for school so I hope you are finding something else. At least you tried. It’s gotten so much hype and the movie- awards. I haven’t read or watched.
