I’m like halfway through and just begging for it to be over. I don’t have the heart to DNF books but this one has been a slog. My favorite parts of the first one are largely absent from this one so far and it’s mostly a romance story atp. Switching to audiobook so I can listen while I build castles in Minecraft and get it over with lmaooo

i am DRAGGING myself through this sequel I feel like it’s gonna be on my currently reading list for like years at this point and my ebook checkout from the library is gonna expire before I finish
