i'm starting all the way over with this one. now that i understand how it's written, i think i would best benefit from starting from square one.

slowly traversing through this one. since there's a ton of construction and architecture-based information, it's gonna take some time. truly a nonfiction work through and though, but i am enjoying the challenge and feel that i'll learn more about how to hold and use the body more appropriately.

A very interesting read for someone who has an artist's understanding of anatomy. Thorough and in depth about its scientific reasoning, and relatively easy to follow if you view images provided and focus.
