For me, "clean" is subjective, so this is difficult to answer.
My YA books range from kissing/handholding to fade to black with lots of tension. (The Hades retelling might be the "spiciest" and Dealing with Demons might be the "cleanest")
My adult books range from fade to black to pegs and holes. :D Generally, they don't have gratuitous sex scenes. Any scene serves a purpose for character or plot growth.
If it helps, my mom reads my books and says she just skims over the sex scenes. *shrug*

Hmmm... I did have an ice storm at one point (can't remember which book) and hypothermia in Demon Escape. ;) But honestly, the characters were so busy trying not to die from a bite that they didn't notice the weather as much as they should have.
Thanks for reading!

I didn't want to distract from the story's main plot by side-questing jewelry sightings. There was some pretty extensive world-building already in those first three books, and I was juggling to keep the pacing engaging. And once those first three books were finished, the characters were in survival mode, so I wasn't sure how many would realistically still be wearing anything that could be caught on something when they're trying to run.
I would have LOVED to write more from other countries, but to do them justice, I would have needed to co-author with someone from that country. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. (I did try, though, by having the first three books translated into German!)

I'm not sure it would offer enough diverse content to make it worth while. It's not a no, but a probably not. There are many more books waiting to be written. :)

EDIT 9/10/19: Great news! I've expanded the world with the Tales of Cinder. You'll see some character crossover that you might just love and hate. :D

I'm open to doing more...I just need to find the right Tale. When I do, it will be adult with some darkness to it like the Beastly Tales. For now, I'm writing an adult Syfy under MJ Haag. I'm hoping it's just as amazing as the Beastly Tales turned out to be. Thanks for asking!
