When it comes to bringing glory to God, I apply the same principals in fantasy writing as I do in my other fiction writing. This is to present a Biblical worldview, meaning that good is ultimately shown as good and bad as bad, with proper poetic justice for each character.
The themes point outward, to the glory and power of God and how He is involved in our life, rather than merely being a name mentioned several times just so it can be called Christian while characters find any strength they need inside themselves.

Rose of the Night will be printed with the Legend of Light novellas, but I'm not sure about Mercy of Fate. I might add it as a bonus at the end, but I'll probably just print the main stories. I might have a poll sometime and see what everyone things. ;)

Long story short (longer story to be on my blog this coming weekend ;) ) I'm rewriting it. Or rather, I'm writing another Beauty and the Beast retelling, which will be significantly different with different characters. The main reason for this is because, after writing Song of the Sword, I realized I ought to weave the history of Tauscher and Aslaria into the first novella more. Also, none of the other stories were going to follow the original fairy tale as closely as Rose of Prophecy did, and I felt I could deal with the theme better. Basically, I came to the decision that my first Legends of Light novella needed more depth and a slightly different tone to accurately represent the series, so that is what I'm currently working on. :)

Lord willing, it will come out January 2017. At least, that is what I am hoping if I can get the story to work with me. I'm currently hammering through some rewrites to try and make the theme and plot flow together well. My feelings on how well I'm doing swing back and forth but generally, if I work on something long enough, it does work itself out. ;)

Practice. Don't be afraid of editing or rewriting. And read lots of books by good authors, studying how they write and word things...authors like Tolkien.
